Enter two names for a fun, purely-for-entertainment compatibility percentage.
How to Use the Love Calculator
Type two names and click Calculate. That's the whole tool.
Let's be upfront: there is no science here. This calculator runs the letters of both names through a simple, deterministic bit of arithmetic and maps the result onto a number between 0 and 100. It is not measuring compatibility, personality, or anything about the people whose names you typed — it can't, because names alone carry none of that information. What it is doing is something more mundane: turning text into a number in a way that always gives the same two names the same result, which is really just how this kind of tool is expected to behave.
That "always the same answer" part matters more than it sounds — type the same two names again next week and you'll get the same percentage, because nothing about the calculation involves randomness. Nobody's fate is encoded in a hash function, but at least the arithmetic is consistent. Take the number exactly as seriously as it deserves: not very, and that's the point.
