Enter a pay amount and frequency to calculate the equivalent monthly income.
How to Use the Monthly Income Calculator
Pick Hourly, Weekly, Biweekly, Semimonthly, or Annually from the dropdown and enter the corresponding Pay Amount; Hours per Week only appears for the Hourly option.
Every frequency first converts to an annual figure behind the scenes, using a fixed 52-week year, and then divides that by 12 to land on a monthly number.
Hourly: Monthly = (Rate × Hours/Week × 52) ÷ 12
Weekly: Monthly = (Rate × 52) ÷ 12
Biweekly: Monthly = (Rate × 26) ÷ 12
Semimonthly: Monthly = (Rate × 24) ÷ 12
Annually: Monthly = Rate ÷ 12
The weeks-per-year figure is fixed here rather than editable — the Annual Income Calculator elsewhere on this site covers the case where you need to adjust for unpaid time off; this one trades that flexibility for a simpler, two-field-per-mode form.
Annual Income sits underneath the monthly figure purely for reference, so you can see the yearly total that monthly number was derived from without switching tools.
