kVA = VA ÷ 1000750 VA is 0.75 kVA — moving the decimal three places is the entire operation, since kilo has meant "times a thousand" since the metric system was standardized and apparent power doesn't care what unit it's measured in.
The reason this gets its own page rather than living as a footnote is scale mismatch. Small UPS units, laptop chargers, and individual appliance nameplates are specified in VA because the numbers stay in the hundreds or low thousands.
