Real power depends on all three quantities — voltage, current, and power factor — no matter which one a page's name puts first. Naming this one "Volts to kW" just reflects that voltage is usually the number you already know when you're starting this particular lookup.

Single-phase: kW = (V × I × PF) ÷ 1000
Three-phase:  kW = (√3 × V × I × PF) ÷ 1000

230 V at 20 A and a power factor of 0.8, single-phase, comes to 3.68 kW. Run the identical voltage and current through a three-phase supply and the result jumps to roughly 6.37 kW — the √3 factor (≈1.732) reflects that three-phase distribution pushes more real power through the same voltage and per-line current than single-phase can.

Power factor pulls the number down from what it'd be if every watt were doing work. At PF = 1.0, 230 V × 20 A single-phase would be exactly 4.6 kW; at 0.8 it drops to that 3.68 kW figure instead — the difference is reactive power the circuit still has to carry without getting anything useful back for it.
